BAYMAX STUFFED EGGS
EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED
INGREDIENTS
Hard boiled eggs
Asparagus (cut halves)
Enokitake mushroom
Nori sheet
Carrot (diced)
THE MAKING:
Saute enokitake mushroom and carrot. Boiled or grill asparagus.
BAYMAX
Peel the egg shell.
Slice out the egg white at the end that closes to egg yolk. Carefully remove the yolk inside with a tea spoon to create a hole.
Cut a thin slice of egg white from the other end of the egg so that the egg could stand up.
Stuff Baymax's brain (the hole) with asparagus and sauteed mushroom and carrot.
EYES:
Cut 2 circles and 1 straight line out of nori sheet and stick onto the egg.
