RECIPE Acar berempah/Acar Rampai (ENG)
Ingredients :
3 Nutriplus Ayam Goreng Tatsuta, fried and cut into 2 parts
1 tbsp Mahsuri Sos 3 Rasa
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp Curry powder (Mix with 1/2 cup of water)
1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
1/2 cup distilled vinegar + 3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cucumbers, each cut into 4, core removed and julienned
1 carrot, sliced lengthwise and julienned
2 red chilies, cut lengthwise, seeds removed and julienned
2 green chilies, cut lengthwise, seeds removed and julienned
10 whole small onions
8 cloves whole garlic
5 slices ginger, finely julienned
Saute ingredients:
1/2 onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves minced
1-inch ginger minced
1 cinnamon stick
1-star anise
1 tsp mustard seeds
Method:
- Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, and mustard seeds until aromatic.
- Add curry powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and Mahsuri sos 3 Rasa.
- Saute until oil rises.
- Add vinegar and sugar mixture and stir. Simmer until the mixture is thick.
- Add carrots, onions, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for a while until carrots are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add chilies, cucumber, and Tatsuta ayam goreng and toss to mix evenly.
- Taste for seasoning.
RECIPE Acar berempah/Acar Rampai (MALAY)
Bahan-bahan:
3 Nutriplus Ayam Goreng Tatsuta, goreng dan dipotong 2 bahagian
1 sudu besar Mahsuri Sos 3 Rasa
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
2 sudu besar serbuk kari
(Bancuh dengan 1/2 cawan air)
1/2 sudu besar serbuk cili
1/2 cawan cuka makan
3 sudu besar gula
1 1/2 sudu kecil garam
2 timun, masing-masing dipotong 4, bahagian tengah dibuang dan dipotong memanjang
1 lobak merah, dihiris memanjang
2 biji cili merah, dihiris memanjang,
2 biji cili hijau, dihiris memanjang
10 biji bawang merah kecil, keseluruhan
8 ulas bawang putih, keseluruhan
5 hirisan halia, dihiris halus
Bahan tumis:
1/2 biji bawang besar, dihiris
4 ulas bawang putih dikisar linci halia dikisar
1 batang kayu manis
1 bunga lawang
1 sudu kecil biji sawi
Kaedah:
- Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, kayu manis, bunga lawang, biji sawi hingga naik bau.
- Masukkan serbuk kari, serbuk cili, serbuk kunyit dan Mahsuri Sos 3 Rasa.
- Tumis hingga naik minyak.
- Masukkan cuka dan bancuhan gula dan kacau. Reneh hingga adunan pekat.
- Masukkan lobak merah, bawang merah kecil, bawang putih dan halia. Reneh seketika sehingga lobak merah sedikit empuk tetapi masih ranggup.
- Masukkan cili, timun dan tatsuta ayam goreng dan gaul hingga sebati.
- Biar secukup rasa, sedia untuk dinikmati.
