Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients

4 Tortillas
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1⁄2 Cup Onion diced
6 - 8 pcs Nutriplus Tempura Chicken Nuggets, air fry and chop nuggets into pieces.
1⁄2 Cup frozen sweetcorn
1⁄2 Cup marinara sauce
1 medium tomato, diced
1 Tbsp Taco seasoning
1⁄2 Cup baked beans, smashed

1 Cup Shredded cheese

Instructions

- In a large skillet, heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent.

- Add tempura nugget to the pan along with the frozen sweetcorn, tomato, marinara sauce, and taco seasoning. Stir.

- Spread 1⁄2 cup of beans down the center of each tortilla, then top with chicken mixture and cheese

- Fold up and place in a large skillet or frying pan, that is lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and grilled until golden on both sides.
Remove from the pan and enjoy with MILO UHT Drink.

Easy Egg Bites

Ingredients

3/4 cup Nutriplus Tempura Chicken Nuggets, air fry and cut into small pieces
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ cup baby spinach, chopped
5 Nutriplus With Omega-3 Eggs, beaten
1 ½ tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

- Preheat oven to 180 c.
Combine all the ingredients together and stir until well combined.

- Pour equally into a lightly greased muffin tin. Do not overfill the cups.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges and it springs back to the touch.

- Move muffins to a cooling rack until they are completely cooled.

Easy Croquettes Bento

Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes
2 Nutriplus Telur Kampung Dengan Omega-3 yolks
¼ cup shredded carrot
¼ cup broccoli, finely chopped
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup fine bread crumbs
2 Nutriplus Telur Kampung Dengan Omega-3
2 Fried Tatsuta, chopped (or tempura nugget/boba ayam)

- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, chives, egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, and flour.

- Roll the croquettes into golf-ball-size portions, Shape them like a small pancake

- Dredge them in an egg wash and then roll the croquettes in bread crumbs.

- Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the potato croquettes on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

- Cut the cheese into shapes of eyes, ears, and mouth.

- Cut the seaweed into shapes of eyes, black patches, and nose. How to arrange in a bento box:

- Arrange the salad in Bento Box.

- Fill in the croquettes into the Bento Box.

- Arrange the shaped cheese and seaweed on top of the croquettes.

- Arrange your choice of vegetables and fruits in the Bento Box.
