RECIPE Sweet, Tangy, Creamy Oat Biscuits Appetizer

Ingredients :
4 Nutriplus with Omega-3 Jumbo
20 Julie's Oat 25 Ten Grains
110gm cream cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons BBQ sauce
4 shiitake or cremini mushrooms
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp melted butter
20 cherry tomatoes tomatoes, sliced or halved
1/4 cup julienned basil leaves
Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare a pot and heat the water, boil the eggs until they are cooked enough. Chop the eggs and set aside
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, soy sauce, and honey. Add the sliced mushrooms to the bowl and gently toss to evenly coat the mushrooms.
- Cook or bake the mushroom until dark golden and reduced in size. Once cooled, chop into small pieces and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and BBQ sauce and blend until smooth.
- When ready to serve, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of each biscuit, then garnish with chopped egg, sliced tomatoes, crumbled mushroom, and basil leaves. Top with fresh ground black pepper and serve immediately.

Bahan-bahan:
4 Telur Nutriplus dengan Omega-3 Jumbo
20 Julie's Oat 25 Ten Grains
110gm krim keju, suhu bilik
3 sudu besar sos BBQ
4 cendawan shitake atau cremini
1 sudu besar kicap
1 sudu kecil madu
1 sudu besar mentega cair
20 biji tomato ceri, dihiris atau dibelah dua
1/4 cawan hirisan daun selasih
Lada hitam kisar
Arahan:
- Sediakan periuk dan panaskan air, rebus telur sehingga cukup masak. Cincang telur dan ketepikan.
- Dalam mangkuk yang sederhana, campurkan mentega cair, kicap dan madu. Masukkan cendawan yang dihiris ke dalam mangkuk dan toskan perlahan-lahan untuk menyaluti cendawan dengan rata.
- Masak atau bakar cendawan sehingga keemasan gelap dan saiznya mengecil. Setelah sejuk, potong kecil dan ketepikan.
- Dalam mangkuk kecil, satukan krim keju dan sos BBQ, gaul sehingga sebati.
- Apabila sedia untuk dihidangkan, sapukan adunan cream cheese di atas setiap biskut, kemudian ratakan dengan telur cincang, hirisan tomato, cendawan hancur dan daun selasih. Tabur sedikit lada hitam dan hidangkan segera.
