- Russet potato (medium size) x 1pc (steamed and mashed, with butter, milk and salt to taste)
- Assorted veggie & fruits, e.g. carrot, apple, broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, baby corns, spring onions & asparagus(all are cooked except apple)
- NutriPlus Cheese Chicken Frank sausage x 1pc
- Nori sheet (2cm x 2cm)
