CHIVES CREPE

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 NutriPlus Omega-3 Jumbo egg

  • 30g Unsalted butter

  • 150g All purpose flour

  • 325ml Milk

  • 1/4 cup Chives (chopped)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Put flour, egg, and milk into blender, mix well. Stir in melted butter and chopped chives;

  • Wipe non-stick pan with cooking oil. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter into pan. Quickly hold the pan up and swirl it so thin pancake covering the base of pan. Flip it when surface is cooked and continue cooking the other side for 30sec. Then remove from pan.

  • May serve with ketchup or chili sauce.
