EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED

INGREDIENTS

  • Hard boiled eggs 

  • Nori sheet

 

THE MAKING:

  • Peel the hard boiled eggs while they are still hot and place in egg molds;

  • Cover the mold and put in icy cold water for at least 15min. to let the shapes set. Remove eggs from the molds;

FAIRY WINGS

  • Cut fairy wings out of muffin or cupcake paper cups; 

  • Insert the wings into the sides of the eggs;

  • Cut the facial features - eyes andd mouth out of nori sheet and stick onto the eggs;

 

  • Insert straw (hard type) or bamboo stick or lollipop stick at the bottom of those eggs.
