MAPLE SOUFFLE

 

INGREDIENTS (yeild 4 souffle- 4 oz. cups)

  • 2 NutriPlus eggs (egg whites and yolks separated)

  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 210 degree Celcius.;

  • Whisk yolks and maple syrup until evenly combined;

  • In another mixing bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold in yolk mixture;

  • Pour into 4 cups or ramekins. Bake at 200 degree Celcius for 10min. or until puffed up.

  • Note: Do not over bake or it will taste like EGG!

  • Best serve with berries, especially raspberries!
