POTATO-EGGS-CREAM
EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED
INGREDIENTS
Hard boiled eggs (prepare extra eggs for mixing with the potato)
Potato (peeled and steamed)
Salad dressing or sandwich spread
Thousand island
Cucumber (diced)
Crab sticks (steamed and diced)
Ebiko
Ice cream cones
THE MAKING:
- Mash the cooked potato & egg together until the desired texture is obtained;
Add in cucumber dices, crabstick dices and salad dressing. Mix well;
PERPARE THE YOLK CREAM
Mash egg yolks and thousand island together;
Scoop mashed potato mixture (or use cling flim to shape the mashed potato) and put onto ice-cream cone;
Decorate the potato-eggs-cream with ebiko and pipe the yolk cream on top.
