EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED

INGREDIENTS

  • Nutriplus Classic eggs x 2 (hard boiled, peeled)

  • Tamarin powder

  • Nori sheet 

  • Cheddar cheese slice x 1

 

THE MAKING:

  • Tip:
    To make the eggs stand upright, gently press the hard boiled eggs on flat surface while they are still hot. Another option is to slice the bottom of hard boiled eggs.

  • Dissolve 1 tablespoon tamarin powder in a bowl of water;

  • Soak the hard boiled eggs in the yellowish tamarin water for 5 to 10min.;

  • Cut strips from nori sheet and stick on those yellow eggs;

TIGER EYES

  • Cut small ovals from nori sheet (2 for each egg) and stick onto the egg;

TIGER NOSES

  • Cut ovals and strips from nori sheet and stick onto the egg below the eyes;

TIGER WHISKERS

  • Cut strips from nori sheet and stick onto the tiger face;

TIGER MOUTHS

  • Cut any mouth shape from nori sheet and stick onto the egg below the nose;

TIGER EARS

  • Use oval shape cookie cutter or round cap of any bottle to cut ovals out of cheddar cheese slice (gently press the cap when cutting the cheese);

  • Make another cut on the ovals to make a curve (the ovals become thick crescent shape now);

  • Stick the crescents onto each top side of the tiger heads;
