EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED

INGREDIENTS

  • NutriPlus Omega-3 Jumbo x 2pcs (hard boiled)

  • Soy sauce x 2 tablespoons

  • Fruits and veggie, e.g. Strawberries, carrot, purple cabbage, apple, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, romaine, cucumber & cherry tomatoes

  • Nori sheet (3cm x 3cm)

BROWN

  • 1pc of hard boiled egg, cut according to ratio 7:3, take the bigger part, "dye" with soy sauce (roll the egg through soy sauce until the egg is evenly coloured)

EARS & HANDS

  • Egg white, Use a big size straw (bubble milk tea straw) to cut 4 circles out of the smaller part of the egg white. Dye with soy sauce.

NOSE (WHITE PART)

  • Egg white, cut a long oval shape from remaining egg white. 

EYES, NOSE & MOUTH

  • Nori

CONY

  • 1 pc of hard boiled egg, cut according to ratio 7:3, take the bigger part as the head.

EARS & HANDS

  • Egg white, cut from the smaller part of the egg.

DUCKLING

  • Egg yolk

NOSE

  • Carrot, cut into oval shape.

EYES, NOSE & MOUTH

  • Nori

FLOWERS

  • Purple cabbage & apple, cut with cookie cutter
