EGG COOKING METHOD: HARD BOILED

INGREDIENTS

  • Nutriplus Jumbo Omega egg x 1 pc (hard boiled)

  • 10cm x 10cm Nori sheet x 1 pc (cut a circle at the centre near bottom)

  • 5cm x 5cm Nori sheet x 6 pcs

  • Rice x 1 small bowl

  • Assorted veggie, e.g. broccoli, carrot, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts

TOOLS

  • Straw big & small x 1 each β€’ Scissors β€’ Tweezers β€’ Knife β€’ Cling film

INSTRUCTION

- TOTORO

  • (Note: Cut a slice of egg white from the hard boiled egg fr making the eyes.)

  • Body (flat side of the egg facing down) --> Wrap with 10cmx10cm nori sheet

  • Ears & hand --> 1 teaspoon of rice wrapped with 5cmx5cm nori sheet

  • Eyes -->  Egg white (use big straw to cut) & nori sheet (cut from a 5cm x 5cm sheet)

  • Mouth/Teeth --> Egg white slice & nori sheet strips

- SOFTBALLS (THOSE BLACK ROUND CREATURES)

  • Rice ball wrapped with 5cmx5cm nori sheet

  • Eyes --> Egg white (use small straw to cut) & nori sheet (cut from a 5cm x 5cm sheet)

- UMBRELLA

  • Apple

  • Handle--> food pick; may also use spaghetti or bamboo stick to replace food pick

- BUTTERFLY

  • Cucumber slice

- FLOWERS

  • Carrot slices (cut with cookie cutter
